The standard double room overlooked garden. The room had an electric kettle, a personal safe, and a work desk plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

We spent the New Year holidays in a hotel which offered cosy rooms and top, notch customer service. the location was fantastic as it allowed us to visit nearby attractions with ease. the hotel provided a mouthwatering breakfast that was a perfect way to start the day. the in, room coffee was an added bonus that kept us energetic throughout the day.
The hotel was slightly overpriced and lacked an on, site bar or coffee shop, forcing us to go outside for a hot cup of coffee. there were instances where the hotel didn't have any staff on the desk, which made it hard to access some of the services.

The hotel had a great location and was near key attractions. It also had a lot of potential for a great vacation package. Although, there were some downsides to my stay.
The hotel was overpriced and did not offer enough amenities. There was no bar or coffee available and staff was not always present.
